THIS WEEK'S GAMES

Thursday, Feb. 2 at Oklahoma City Barons

Cox Convention Center, 7:00 p.m.

The Rampage travel to Oklahoma City on Thursday for a matchup with the AHL-leading Barons. The Rampage are 2-3-0-0 against Oklahoma City through five games against the Barons this season.

Friday, Feb. 3 vs. Lake Erie Monsters

AT&T Center, 7:00 p.m.

San Antonio takes on the Lake Erie Monsters on Pink in the Rink Night at the AT&T Center on Friday. The Monsters enter the week in fifth place in the North Division with a 20-22-2-1 record and 43 points.

RAMPAGE SURVIVOR SKATE

Jan. 31, 6-8 p.m.: Rampage players will skate with more than 100 breast cancer survivors to unveil the pink ice.

PINK IN THE RINK NIGHT

Feb. 3: The Rampage will skate on pink ice for the second consecu- tive year. The team will wear pink-themed jerseys that will be auctioned off to the public immediately following the game to benefit the San Antonio Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. District Attorney Susan Reed will drop the puck for the contest's ceremonial faceoff. The Rampage expect to have a sell-out crowd. Last season franchise record 14,339 fans watched the Rampage skate to a 4-1 victory over Chicago.

THE STATE OF THE STREAK: San Antonio tied a franchise record when their winning streak hit seven games after weekend wins over in-state rivals Texas and Houston. The Rampage, who started their run on Jan. 14 against Rockford, have averaged 3.86 goals per game and 1.71 goals against per game since their streak began.

SEVENTH HEAVEN: Rampage backstop Dov Grumet-Morris set a new franchise record for most con- secutive wins by a goaltender on Saturday with his seventh straight victory. In those seven games, Grumet-Morris allowed a total of 12 goals and maintained a save percentage of .937. The previous record was held by netminder Josh Tordjman, who was victorious in six consecutive outings during the 2008-09 season.

MAN ON FIRE: San Antonio center Bracken Kearns has tallied at least one point in a career-best seven straight games. Kearns, who posted his 200th career AHL point on Saturday, has registered three goals and five assists over that span and is second on the team in points with 32.

EVERYONE'S INVITED: In the Rampage's last two games, which have seen San Antonio score 11 goals, the team has received point contributions from 14 different players. In addition, 10 players totaled two-point games, including forwards Michal Repik and Greg Rallo, who both notched a goal and an assist twice.

THE PRICE IS WRIGHT: Center James Wright is currently riding a five-game point streak in which he has scored four goals and three assists. Wright, who was acquired by the Rampage on Dec. 2 from the Norfolk Admirals, has posted 12 points (six goals, six assists) in 22 games with San Antonio.

ICE CHIPS: Colby Robak - Defenseman

Rampage defenseman Colby Robak headed to Atlantic City, New Jersey for the AHL All-Star Classic following San Anto- nio's win over the Houston Aeros on Saturday. On Sunday, in the All-Star Competition, Robak finished third in the Reebok Hardest Shot contest with a speed of 97.2 miles per hour. He also participated in the Reebok Fastest Skater event and the Panasonic Breakaway Relay. He will represent the Rampage on the Western Conference team at the AHL All-Star game tonight at 6 p.m. in Atlantic City.

Robak earned his first All-Star appearance after posting a plus-13 rating to go along with six goals and 18 assists in 44 games during the first half of the season. He is the 11th player in Rampage history to be selected to the All-Star Classic. The 21-year-old Dauphin, Manitoba native was a 2nd round draft pick of the Florida Panthers in 2008.
