Syracuse Mets News Release
Syracuse, NY - Friday night's game between the Syracuse Mets and the Columbus Clippers has been cancelled because of rain. Syracuse and Columbus will continue their series with single games on Saturday and Sunday. First pitch on Saturday night is scheduled for 6:35 p.m. Gates will open at 5:30 p.m.
Fans with tickets for Friday's postponed game may redeem those tickets for any other Syracuse Mets home game at NBT Bank Stadium for one calendar year from Friday's date. Seating is subject to availability, and tickets can be redeemed at the Syracuse Mets Ticket Office or by calling 315-474-7833.
On Saturday, the Syracuse Mets are becoming the Syracuse Shot Clocks to pay homage to the 24-second shot clock created in Syracuse by Danny Biasone in 1954.
