(Charleston, WV)- The West Virginia Power came back from a seven-run deficit to win their eighth consecutive game, 10-9. The Power scored eight runs in their final three innings to shock the Kannapolis Intimidators and clinch the series victory.

Helton lasted one and a third inning, giving up six runs and seven hits.
The Power got on the board in the bottom of the second with a Christian Arribas solo home run to left, his second of the season. That was the only run surrendered by Intimidator starter Zach Thompson over five innings.

West Virginia began their comeback in the bottom of the sixth. After the Power loaded the bases, Tyler Filliben hit a sacrifice fly to plate Carlos Munoz making it 8-2 Intimidators.
