Porter Recalled from Wolves

The Chicago Wolves announced Saturday left wing CHRIS PORTER has been recalled by the St. Louis Blues.

The 29-year-old PORTER assisted on Chicago's lone tally Friday night in the team's 2-1 loss to the Texas Stars. He ranks fourth on the Wolves with 8 helpers and shares fourth with 11 points in 19 games this season. The Thunder Bay, Ontario, native also skated in two National Hockey League games with the Blues earlier this season.

PORTER earned 6 assists and 8 points in 29 outings with St. Louis last season. He also accrued 7 goals and 10 points in 12 American Hockey League games with the Peoria Rivermen.

The Wolves look to get back to their winning ways when they battle the San Antonio Rampage at 7 p.m. tonight at the AT&T Center. Chicago returns to the Allstate Arena at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18, for a School Day Game against Hamilton.
