DULUTH, Ga. - The Gladiators look to keep their three-game winning streak alive today at 2:05 p.m. as they host the Florida Everblades to wrap up Pink in the Rink Weekend. Last night, Gwinnett again bounced back from a 2-0 deficit to beat the Blades 5-4. Bobby Hughes scored one of his two goals in the third for what would prove to be the game-winner, while Mark Guggenberger made 44 saves in his second start for Gwinnett.

Glads Notes:

Good for Guggs: Gladiators goaltender Mark Guggenberger was acquired via trade Friday from Alaska, and in the two days he's been with the team has made quite a mark. The third-year pro has posted a .921 save percentage in his first two starts with Gwinnett, en route to two wins. As a professional, Guggenberger has a record of 62-29-9.

Elite Everson: Rookie forward Marshall Everson went on a tear in February. Through 11 games last month, Everson averaged nearly a point per game, totaling six goals and four assists. He also has 18 points in his last 20 games dating back to January 10th.

You Can Kount on Kwiet: Since being acquired by the Gladiators from the Komets in mid-December, defenseman Rob Kwiet has heavily factored into Gwinnett's offense, especially as of late. Kwiet has a point in six of his last seven games, and his 27 points on the season is tied for 11th best among defensemen in the ECHL.

Streaking Glads: Casey Pierro-Zabotel has two goals and eight assists in his last ten games ... Joey Haddad has scored a goal in four straight games ... Dirk Southern has three goals and one assist in his last four games ... Defenseman Daniel Spivak has finished a game with a minus in only 10 of his 49 games played this season, and hasn't gone below a minus-one. He leads the Gladiators with a plus-10 rating.

Feast or Famine: The Gladiators are 5-2 against Florida this season. In their four wins they are averaging 5.6 goals per game, but they were shutout in their two losses. On the season Gwinnett is averaging 2.6 goals per game.

Milestones: Daniel Spivak played in his 100th professional match Saturday night ... Dirk Southern is two assists away from 100 in the ECHL ... Rob Kwiet is four games away from 300 as a pro ... Max Legault is three games from 250 as a pro ... Joey Haddad is two goals from 50 as a Gladiator.
