Peterson Rejoins LumberKings

Clinton, IA - Utility infielder David Peterson rejoins the Clinton LumberKings today after a stint with the high-A Bakersfield Blaze. Peterson made the jump while Blaze infielder German Duran was on the disabled list with a knee contusion.

Peterson hit .125 with the Blaze in seven games. He had been hitting .171 in 11 games with the LumberKings prior to being promoted.

With the addition of Peterson, the LumberKings now have five infielders on the roster, and 24 players total.
