Only Nine Home Games Remain at the DBAP

DURHAM, NC - The Durham Bulls return to the DBAP this Thursday to begin a six-game homestand featuring visits from the Charlotte Knights and Gwinnett Braves. The promotional calendar is highlighted by three fireworks shows, Durham Bulls vs. Cancer Night, and the inaugural Network in Nine Career Expo. After this homestand, only three home games remain at Durham Bulls Athletic Park.

On August 27, Rex Goliath Wines presents the final Thursday home game of the season. The 7:05 p.m. series opener with Charlotte features $1 concessions, as Bright Leaf hot dogs, soda, and popcorn are just a buck. The Bulls will also celebrate the year in fan photos with the second annual InstaGrammys, a tribute to fans who have shared their DBAP experiences on Instagram using the official #DurhamBulls hashtag. In addition, Thursdays are College Nights where students can get a Terrace View ticket and $5 in Bulls Bucks for just $11 or an Outfield Reserved ticket for only $5.99 by entering the promo code COLLEGE (and using a valid .edu email address) when purchasing tickets online in advance at durhambulls.com. Fans can also take advantage of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC True Blue Thursday promotion, where they can get a game ticket and exclusive cap for just $11.

Hillandale Golf Course presents Friday's 7:05 p.m. game with the Knights. On August 28, the Bulls team up with the Vs. Cancer Foundation to fight kids' cancers. Bulls team members, including manager Jared Sandberg, will shave their heads postgame in effort to raise money and awareness. Fans can pledge their support to the cause here. Bruce Hill of RE/MAX One Realty then presents the last Friday Night Fireworks show of 2015.

The fireworks continue on Saturday night, as JT's Landscaping presents the penultimate edition of Saturday Night Fireworks. The 6:35 p.m. game on August 29 is presented by Carolina Packers. The series finale with the Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox comes on Sunday, August 30, when Kids Run the Bases following a 5:05 p.m. contest.

On August 31, the Gwinnett Braves come to town to begin a two-game set. After the 7:05 p.m. opener, Avalara presents a very special Monday edition of postgame fireworks.

Tuesday's homestand finale features the inaugural Network in Nine Career Expo, presented by Proforma Promographix. The event on September 1 will bring the Triangle's best professionals and companies together in a unique and casual networking atmosphere underneath the DBAP's famous Snorting Bull. The 7:05 p.m. game against the top affiliate of the Atlanta Braves also features the final 2-for-1 ROOsday offer of the year, where fans can get two Terrace View tickets for the price of one by showing the Kangaroo Express mobile app at the DBAP box office.
