ALBANY, NY - The second annual Battle of the Bones Best Ribs contest, live music by Ten Year Vamp and interactive carnival games from Total Events highlight the biggest pre-game block party in franchise history as the New York Lottery presents Super Saturday on June 2 when the Albany Conquest return to U.S. Army Field at Times Union Center for a 7 p.m. kick-off against former Firebird "Touchdown" Eddie Brown and the expansion Fort Wayne Fusion.

Applebee's, Butcher Block, Chili's, Giffy's Bar-B-Q, The Lodge BBQ and Lounge and PJ's Bar-B-Q will provide free samples for the rib contest, which begins with the start of the block party at 5 p.m. Saturday's festivities and events also include a pre-game fireworks show by Alonzo, team photo night and a post-game autograph session with all of the Conquest players right after the game. An official post-game party will be held following the game at Victory Café (10 Sheridan Avenue).
