Crunch Announce 2007-08 Schedule Format

Syracuse, NY (May 30, 2007) -- The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the American Hockey League has released its schedule format for the 2007-08 season.

The Crunch will play 44 games against their North Division foes (Rochester 12, Hamilton 8, Lake Erie 8, Toronto 8, Manitoba 4, Grand Rapids 2). In addition, the Crunch will face the West Division in 8 games (two games each versus Chicago, Houston, Rockford, and San Antonio). Syracuse also has 26 contests against the East Division (Albany 8, Binghamton 8, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton 8, Philadelphia 2). The Crunch will also play two games against the Atlantic Division Hartford Wolf Pack.

The breakdown of the Crunch's 2007-08 schedule format follows:
