
Neilson Named First Team All ECHL

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots are proud to announce that defenseman Corey Neilson has been named to the 2003-2004 All-ECHL First Team. Neilson has played in all 69 games for the Ice Pilots this season scoring 19 goals, 58 assists for 77 points and leads the team in points and assists.
Neilson is also the top scoring defenseman in the league with 77 points and is currently tied for second in the league with his 58 assists. Neilson also currently leads the league with 43 power play points. He represented the Ice Pilots in the ECHL All-Star game this season as a starter for the Western Conference All-Stars and is the team's Alternate Captain.
The Ice Pilots end the regular season with three games on the road beginning tonight at Louisiana at 7:05 p.m., tomorrow night at Mississippi at 7:35 p.m. and Saturday night at Columbus at 6:30 p.m. central time.
Tickets for the Ice Pilots first playoff game are on sale. Playoff tickets cost $24 for floor and glass, $17 for sides, $15 for goals and lower upper and $12 for upper level tickets. Fans can purchase individual playoff tickets at the Civic Center box office, at any Ticketmaster location, Charge by Phone at 434-7444 or through www.icepilots.com.
Kelly Cup Playoff Strip tickets are available along with group tickets and season tickets for next season by calling the Ice Pilots at 432-7825.
