
Nedorost, Piros reassigned to Rampage

SAN ANTONIO â Apr. 5, 2004 â San Antonio Rampage General Manager Bobby Jay announced today that the Florida Panthers have reassigned forwards Vaclav Nedorost and Kamil Piros to San Antonio.
Nedorost, 22, appeared in 32 games with the Panthers this season, registering four goals and three assists. He has played in 18 games with San Antonio this season, scoring seven goals with six assists.
Piros, 25, who was recalled on an emergency basis on March 31, skated in two games with Florida, scoring his first Panthers goal in the Cats' season finale yesterday against the Carolina Hurricanes. Since being acquired in a trade with the Atlanta Thrashers, Piros has one goal and four assists in nine games with San Antonio. Prior to the trade, he played in 14 games with Atlanta (0-1-1) and 50 games with the AHL's Chicago Wolves (10-20-30).
The Rampage (28-39-8-0) close out the regular season playing five games in six nights beginning tomorrow night in Milwaukee. The game can be heard on KTKR Ticket 760 AM beginning at 7 p.m. (CDT). The Rampage are five points out from sharing the fifth and final playoff spot with the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks (28-36-12-1).
