TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo Mud Hens rallied back from a two-run deficit Tuesday en route to a 7-5 win over the Buffalo Bisons at Fifth Third Field.

In what was the first of a six-game homestand, the Mud Hens extended their winning streak to three games and improved to 13-12 against International League North Division clubs this season.

Toledo finished with three extra base hits as Frank Schwindel recorded his third home run since his transfer from Double-A Erie while Kade Scivicque and Ronny Rodriguez each doubled.

Two of the Mud Hens' seven runs came off walks to Daz Cameron and Christin Stewart in the eighth inning with the former resulting in the go-ahead lead.

Cameron took the walk in four of his five at-bats.

It was 5-3 in favor of Buffalo at the start of the inning.

The Bisons wasted little time in getting to starter Beau Burrows (1-5, 5.05 ERA) in the first as they scored two runs off three consecutive singles and a triple.

The ball from the triple by Patrick Kivelhan nearly went over the right field wall but richoeted just below the home run line.

Burrows, the 2015 Detroit Tigers first-round draft pick, lasted a season-low two innings and allowed four hits on 60 pitches.

Burrows has yet to pick up a win in his last four starts dating back to July 15 and has also given up 14 total runs in those appearances.

Buffalo starter Anthony Kay (0-1, 5.79 ERA) went five innings and surrendered two runs on four hits, striking out six and walking three, in the non-decision.

Toledo managed to cut its 3-0 deficit in the fifth inning.

After Schwindel's solo shot to center field, the mishandling of a ground ball hit by Josh Harrison to the shortstop led to Kade Scivicque scoring from second base.

Harrison, who's currently in the midst of his MLB rehab assignment, was transferred to the 60-day injured list back on June 9 with a left hamstring tendon strain.

The 32-year-old native of Cincinnati, Ohio, is slashing .176/.219/.265 in 36 games with Detroit in 2019.

Trailing 4-2 in the sixth, Toledo got the run back as pitcher Zach Jackson was issued a balk for Rodriguez to reach home.

Jackson entered Tuesday having compiled an 8-0 record, 3.54 ERA and 1.27 WHIP in 38 appearances this season.

Of the six relievers used by the Mud Hens, Zac Reininger, Bryan Garcia and Austin Adams walked away without conceding a run, combining for three strikeouts over two innings pitched.

Toledo's pitching staff ranked ninth in the International League in earned-run average (5.01) prior to Tuesday.

Garcia (1-0, 3.55 ERA) got the win for the first time through 25 games in Triple-A this season.

Willi Castro began the four-run eighth-inning rally with an RBI single into center field and later rounded the bases for the 5-5 tie when the throw home was dropped by catcher Michael De La Cruz.
