Monarchs Loan Larazza to Portland

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach Richard Seeley announced today that Zac Larraza has been loaned to the Portland Pirates (AHL).

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound forward played in three games for the Monarchs this season, adding three points on two goals and one assist, including a two-goal game Oct. 25 against the Adirondack Thunder.

The Scottsdale, Ariz., native played collegiately at the University of Denver, appearing in 134 games over four seasons, while scoring 66 points on 35 goals and 31 assists.

Larazza was drafted by the Phoenix Coyotes in the 7th round, 196 overall, in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
