
Missions-Storm Chasers Game Suspended

San Antonio Missions News Release
OMAHA - The Missions Sunday afternoon tilt at Werner Park was suspended due to rain in the bottom of the fifth inning with the scored tied 7-7. The game will be completed Monday starting at 12:05 PM.
San Antonio surged ahead early, 6-0 after Keston Hiura slugged his second grandslam of the season in the second inning.
Missions starter Zack Brown was unable to hold the lead as Omaha stormed back to eventually tie the score in the bottom of fifth before the skies opened up and play was halted.
Trent Grisham slugged a two-run homer in the second inning. The outfielder has homered in all three of his games since being promoted from Double-A. He also added a pair of walks in the suspended affair.
The regularly scheduled game will follow the completion of the suspended game and will be a seven inning contest.
