McVicar Called Up

Victoria Salmon Kings News Release

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Salmon Kings announced today that Goaltender Rob McVicar has been recalled to the Vancouver Canucks and assigned to the Manitoba Moose.

McVicar has played 20 games with the Salmon Kings and posted a 7-8-1 record. He holds a 3.95 GAA and .879 SV%

Victoria hits the road to challenge the Phoenix Coyotes, San Diego Gulls, and the Las Vegas Wranglers. They return home for a two game battle versus the Alaska Aces on February 24th and 25th.
