Elmira Jackals News Release

ELMIRA, NY - The Elmira Jackals, proud member of the ECHL, announced today that center Scott May and right wing Tyler Donati have been recalled by the Binghamton Senators of the American Hockey League. The pair contributed a total of four points in Elmira's 6-2 win over Trenton Tuesday at First Arena that snapped the club's five-game losing streak.

May drew the primary assist on a three-on-two rush that resulted in the eventual game-winning goal by Chaz Johnson with sixty-one seconds left in the second period, putting the Jackals ahead to stay at 3-2. The assist was May's 15th point in just 11 games in an Elmira uniform this season.

Donati, a 21-year old rookie, tied a Jackals' season-high with three assists in the win over the Devils. It was the eighth time this year that an Elmira skater registered three helpers in a single contest. Last night's game was Donti's second with the Jackals. He was pointless in his Elmira debut January 11th in a 4-3 loss to Johnstown.

The Jackals are in Reading tonight to take on the third place Royals. Face-off is set for 6:35 p.m. with the Hill Top Inn Countdown to Face-Off on the air at 6:05 p.m. on MAGIC-FM (92.7/97.7) and at www.jackalshockey.com.
