Marlies Sweep Weekend with 2-0 Shutout of Flames

The Toronto Marlies completed a successful three game weekend sweep at Ricoh Coliseum Sunday where they shut out the Adirondack Flames. Byron Froese would score the game winner with 34 seconds left in the first period, while Brandon Kozun would seal the victory with 28 seconds left in the game. Garret Sparks, recalled from Orlando yesterday, made 23 saves for the shutout.

The Marlies now head to Adirondack for a matchup on New Year 's Eve at 5:30p.m. Toronto then plays the San Antonio Rampage at Ricoh Coliseum on January 2nd & 3rd.
