Marlies Recall Defenceman Todd Perry From Columbia

Mike Penny, General Manager of the Toronto Marlies, announced Tuesday that defenceman Todd Perry has been recalled from the ECHL's Columbia Inferno.

A native of Ingleside, Ontario, Perry, who turns 21 on Thursday, is tied for the lead among all Columbia defenceman in scoring with 12 points (three goals, nine assists) this season. He has played in 24 games for Columbia but has yet to appear in game-action for the Marlies this year.

The Marlies have two upcoming road games this weekend when they travel to Wachovia Spectrum to face the Philadelphia Phantoms on Friday evening at 7:05 p.m. before concluding their road trip in Hershey to battle the Bears at Giant Center on Saturday evening at 7 p.m.
