Moore recalled to Rangers

New York, December 11, 2007 -- New York Rangers President and General Manager Glen Sather announced today that forward Greg Moore has been recalled from the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL). Moore skated with the team at this morning's practice, and was reassigned to Hartford (AHL) immediately following.

Moore, 23, has skated in 24 games with Hartford (AHL) this season, registering 14 goals and 13 assists for 27 points, along with 15 penalty minutes and a plus-19 rating. Moore leads the Wolf Pack in goals (10) and plus/minus (plus-19), ranks second in points (27) and fourth in assists (13). He leads the league with a plus-19 rating and his 14 goals and 27 points are tied for second and seventh, respectively, in the AHL. The 6-1, 210 pound forward has skated in one game with the Rangers this season.

From today's practice, everyone on the Rangers' roster skated. The Blueshirts return to action tomorrow, December 12, when they will face off against the Washington Capitals at the Verizon Center (7:00 p.m.). Prior to the game, the team's morning skate is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. at the Verizon Center.
