Toronto Marlies News Release

The Toronto Marlies paid a visit to the Texas Stars for the second time this season and would skate away with a hard fought overtime win. The Marlies defencemen were very offensive scoring three of the four goals for the Marlies, including the game winner from Stuart Percy, who returned to the lineup after a six game absence. Christopher Gibson was solid stopping 21 of 24 for the victory, extending the Marlies point streak to a season high 8 games.

Toronto now heads to San Antonio for a match-up against the Rampage, AHL affiliate of the Florida Panthers, at 5:00 p.m. (EST). Toronto's next home game is Saturday January 24th when they take on the Hamilton Bulldogs. Tickets can be purchase at marlies.ca/tickets or by calling 416-597-PUCK (7825).
