Lynx Deal St. Jean For Futures

March 11, 2004 - ECHL (ECHL)
Augusta Lynx News Release

The Augusta Lynx announced today that the team has traded defenseman Marc St. Jean to the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies for future considerations.

St. Jean never did play a game in a Lynx uniform, opting not to report to the team after being dealt to Augusta from Charlotte for Gregg Naumenko.

"We decided to build for the future, and Atlantic City offered us a chance to do that in exchange for St. Jean," said Stan Drulia, Head Coach and Director of Player Operations for the Lynx. "We'll have a list of players to pick from available to us, and the future considerations will be due on June 1 this summer."

The Lynx are back in action this weekend with a pair of home games Saturday against Florence at 7:35 pm and Sunday at 4:05 pm against the Pensacola Ice Pilots. Saturday will feature the Shoe Carnival Ice Wheel, with one lucky fan having a shot at winning $5,000 or other great prizes. Register to win by stopping in at Shoe Carnival's Augusta West Parkway location. Sunday is Kids Day at the game, with one adult ticket purchase getting up to three free children's tickets! Come down and enjoy some family fun with the Augusta Lynx!
