December 6, 2004 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League announced today that Lowell Lock Monsters goaltender Brent Krahn has been named the CCM Vector/AHL Player of the Week for the period ending December 5, 2004. Krahn was 3-0-0 with two shutouts last week for the Lock Monsters.
Krahn began the week with a 29-save effort in a 4-0 win over Worcester on Tuesday, and a day later was named the Koho AHL Goaltender of the Month for November. In his first appearance of December, Krahn shined in a 1-0 win over Hartford on Friday, stopping all 30 shots in regulation and overtime and all 13 of the Wolf Pack's shootout attempts.
