Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release

In the final series of the regular-season, the North Division Champion IronPigs (83-55) play Game 3 of a four-game, road set against the Rochester Red Wings (63-75) at Frontier Field... With a 2-1 victory last night, the Pigs have won three-straight games and have started 4-1 on this seven-game, North Division road trip. The Pigs also set a franchise high-water mark of 28 games above .500 while returning to a franchise-best 11.0 games lead in the North. Lehigh Valley is 13-8 since its season-high, four-game skid from Aug. 7-10 and, over a longer stretch, owns a 54-30 record since June 3 -- going from 0.5 games back to 11.0 games up... The Red Wings -- Minnesota's top affiliate -- have dropped back-to-back affairs after their season-high tying, four-game winning streak. The Red Wings have also dumped their last five meetings with the Pigs dating back to July 6.

RHP Tom Eshelman (2-13, 5.83) will start for LHV against RHP Omar Bencomo (1-0, 0.00).

First-Pitch tonight is at 6:05 p.m.
