Less Than 100 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Raffle Tickets Remain

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that less than 100 'Making Strides Against Breast Cancer' raffle tickets remain for the second annual fundraising raffle. A total of 10 prizes will be awarded through the raffle, with the Grand Prize once again being $10,000. All ten winning raffle tickets will be drawn at the B-Sens' home game against Albany on Saturday, April 4 during the annual Face Off Against Cancer event.

Defenseman Matt Carkner and left-winger Denis Hamel founded the raffle during the 2007-08 season and were able to raise $10,000 for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer by selling all 500 raffle tickets. The duo hopes to raise $10,000 for the second consecutive year.

The remaining tickets are available at Binghamton Senators' home games, on the concourse level of the Arena, through April 4 or until the raffle is sold out.

The prize list is as follows:

Grand Prize $10,000

Second Prize $3,000

Third Prize $2,000

Sixth Prize One B-Sens Skybox Night (2009-10 season)

Tenth Prize A sports memorabilia basket with various merchandise
