Leading Scorer Burt Returns For Weekend

West Valley City, Utah - Utah Grizzlies Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Jason Christie has announced that forward Scott Burt has been returned to the team from the Grizzlies and Islanders AHL affiliate in Bridgeport.

In his 11th pro season, Burt made his AHL debut Wednesday morning for the Sound Tigers, recording a plus-1.

Early this season, the veteran, has been the Grizzlies leading scorer. He has five goals and six assists in 11 games - including a six-game scoring streak (five goals, five assists) going into tonight. Utah is 3-0 this season when he scores a goal. He also leads the Grizzlies with four special teams points (two goals, two assists.)

Utah returns to the E-Center tonight, Saturday and Monday hosting Victoria. All Utah home games start at 7:05 p.m.
