
Salmon Kings Announce Military Appreciation Night

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Salmon Kings, proud affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks and Manitoba Moose, announced today that they will be holding a Military Appreciation Night on Wednesday, November 14th; as well the team has also announced a new military discount valid throughout the 2007-08 regular season.
The Kings will be taking on the Stockton Thunder at 7:05 p.m. at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre, and all military personnel will receive a discount on any prepaid ticket for that evening's game.
For all military personnel, tickets will be reduced to $12. Individuals can purchase the tickets through the Salmon King's Ticketing Office prior to 5 p.m. on November 14th. The ticketing office can be reached at 250-220-7889. The discount will also be honoured on the evening of the game at the Select Your Tickets box-office with proper military identification.
The Naden Band will be performing both the Canadian and American National anthems prior to the opening face-off on November 14th.
As a special treat there will be a performance by a member or two of the Harlem Globetrotters during an intermission.
For the duration of the 2007-08 regular season all military personnel will receive tickets at a discounted rate. Military identification will need to be shown at the time of purchase.
