
Laakso Assigned to Milwaukee

Milwaukee, WI-Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that defenseman Teemu Laakso has cleared waivers and been assigned to Milwaukee (AHL).
Laakso played nine games for the Predators this season, going pointless and posting eight penalty minutes while averaging 11:26 per game. No stranger to Milwaukee, the Tuusulu, Finland native has played in 162 games with the Admirals over the past three seasons, including a career high 74 with the club in 2010-11. During his time with the Ads he has totaled 52 points on 14 goals and 38 assists. Last year he was second on the team at +15 and added finished with 30 points (8g-22a).
Laakso and the Admirals take on the Peoria Rivermen Friday night at 7:00 pm at the Bradley Center.
