
Kings Recall Flinn And Send Hauser To Manchester

MANCHESTER, NH - The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have recalled left wing Ryan Flinn from Manchester and have assigned goaltender Adam Hauser to the Monarchs, Kings President of Hockey Operations/General Manager Dave Taylor announced today. In addition, Manchester has recalled center Greg Hogeboom from the ECHL's Reading Royals, Monarchs Director of Hockey Operations Hubie McDonough announced today.
Flinn, 25, has one assist in five games this season with the Monarchs and he leads the team with 38 penalty minutes. The 6-foot-5, 248-pound native of Halifax, Nova Scotia, has not appeared in a regular season game with the Kings this season. Signed by the Kings as a free agent on January 2, 2002, Flinn has one goal and 79 penalty minutes in 29 career NHL games - all with the Kings. He will wear sweater No. 49.
Hauser was recalled by the Kings on November 14 but did not appear in a game. The 25-year-old has a record of 5-2-1, a goals-against-average of 3.55 and a save-percentage of .894 in eight games with the Monarchs this season. Hauser, a 6-foot-2, 194-pound native of Bovey, Minnesota, was signed by the Kings as a free agent on July 8, 2004.
Hogeboom, 23, has appeared in 10 games with the Royals this season, collecting 13 points (3-10=13) and two penalty minutes. The 6-foot, 190-pound native of Etobicoke, Ontario, appeared in 14 games with the Monarchs during the 2004-05 season, recording one goal and 10 penalty minutes. Selected by the Kings in the fifth-round (152nd overall) in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft, Hogeboom signed a two-year contract with the Kings on April 8, 2004.
The Monarchs return home on Saturday, November 19 to host the Lowell Lock Monsters at 7:35 p.m. Both teams will face-off again on Sunday, November 20 at the Tsongas Arena at 4:05 p.m.
