Kings Assign King to Manchester

LOS ANGELES, CA - The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have assigned forward Dwight King to the Monarchs, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.

King, 21, has played in six games for the Kings this season, his first in the NHL, recording zero points and two penalty minutes. He has also played in 16 games with the Monarchs this year, and at the time of his recall on November 16, he ranked second on the Monarchs with 11 points, second in goals with six and tied for second in power play goals with two.
