The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club, in conjunction with its AHL affiliate, the Manitoba Moose, announced defenceman Brenden Kichton has been recalled on an emergency basis from the Moose.
Kichton, 23, has played 62 games for the Manitoba Moose this season, leading the team in points with 34 (9G, 25A) along with 36 penalty minutes. Kichton has 111 career AHL points (27G, 84A) in 203 games over three seasons. He was drafted by the Jets the seventh round, 190th overall, in the 2013 NHL Draft.
