
Iowa Signs Chase Lang to Ato

DES MOINES, IA - Iowa Wild General Manager Brent Flahr announced on Friday the American Hockey League (AHL) club has signed forward Chase Lang to an Amateur Tryout Agreement (ATO).
Lang, a sixth round pick of the Minnesota Wild in the 2014 NHL Draft, finishes a four-year career in the Western Hockey League (WHL). Lang played the majority of his career with the Calgary Hitmen before a trade sent him to the Vancouver Giants on Oct. 27, 2015. Lang appeared in 69 games in the 2015-16 season, playing for both the Hitmen and Giants. He scored 27 goals and added 36 assists for 63 points, setting career highs in all three categories and leading Vancouver in scoring. The British Columbia native scored 25 goals and added 31 assists for 56 points in the 2014-15 season, adding four goals and three assists for seven points in 10 playoff games. He finished fourth on the team in scoring. Lang finishes his WHL career with 70 goals and 95 assists for 165 points in 265 games played.
The Wild returns to Wells Fargo Arena on Friday, Mar. 25 to host the Chicago Wolves at 7 p.m. Friday's game is a $2 Beer Night presented by 100.3 The Bus. The first 1,000 fans to the game receive a T-shirt courtesy of IWork and Play. The "Bring Your Buds Bundle" is also available, featuring one ticket, one 16 oz. Bud or Bud Light at the game, one hot dog, one popcorn, $1 off a Bud or Bud Light 25 oz. can during the game, and one free beer at Carl's Place following the game.
The Wild hosts Chicago for a rematch on Saturday, Mar. 19 at 12:30 p.m. Saturday's game features the Wild's "Go Green Game", sponsored by NASH FM and NASH ICON. The first 1,000 fans to the game receive an Iowa Wild water bottle courtesy of Water Works Park. The "Legends Brewdog Pack" is also available on Saturday, including one of each: ticket, beer, hotdog, and a free Bud or Bud Light at Legends American Grill. The Stanley Cup is expected to make a visit to Wells Fargo Arena for Saturday's game. It will be displayed on the concourse throughout the game. The Iowa Wild is also offering a specialty package that includes access to a breakfast buffet, one drink ticket, and a ticket the game. The package is extremely limited and starts at $50 ($35 for Iowa Wild VIP Members) and begins at 10:30 a.m. A professional photographer will be in attendance for those who would like a professional portrait.
Fans may purchase single-game tickets multiple ways, either through the team's website - www.Iowawild.com , the Wells Fargo Arena box office or participating Hy-Vee food stores. Tickets are available online at www.Iowawild.com under the single game tickets tab. The Wells Fargo Arena box office is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and closed on Sunday. For Saturday game days, the box office will open at 10 a.m. For Sunday game days the box office will open at 12 p.m. Fans may also purchase tickets by calling 1-844-55-HYVEE or by visiting participating Hy-Vee food stores locations in the greater Des Moines area. The Iowa Wild 2015-16 season is presented by Mercy Medical Center, it runs from October through April. Fans may purchase seats to see any of the team's 38 regular season home games at Wells Fargo Arena. Season tickets to see the Wild play its 2015-16 season at Wells Fargo Arena start at just $9 per game.
