May 1, 2026 - SAINT PAUL, Minn. - The National Hockey League's (NHL) Minnesota Wild today named Maria Troje President and Alternate Governor of the Iowa Wild in the American Hockey League (AHL). As president of the Iowa Wild, Troje will oversee the business operations of the organization. April 18, 2026 - DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Wild fell 6-1 to the Manitoba Moose at Casey's Center in the final game of the 2025-26 season. Oskar Olausson put Iowa ahead 1-0 on the power play 18:40 into the game when he hammered a one-timer past Domenic DiVincentiis (17 saves) with assists from Gerry Mayhew and Ben Jones. Marek, Mercer Star in Shootout Thriller, Iowa Wins, 3-2

April 17, 2026 - DES MOINES, Iowa - Bradley Marek forced overtime with a late goal and Riley Mercer (31 saves) turned in a showstopping save in the shootout as the Iowa Wild beat the Manitoba Moose 3-2 at Casey's Center on Friday night. Danny Zhilkin snuck the puck across the goal line 8:15 into the game to give Manitoba a 1-0 lead. The Moose outshot the Wild 13-9 in the first 20 minutes. April 15, 2026 - DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Wild fell 5-2 to the Grand Rapids Griffins at Casey's Center on Wednesday night. The Griffins put the game away early with four goals in the first period. Amadeus Lombardi beat Cal Petersen (23 saves) with a point shot 1:29 into the game, and Tyler Angle and Ondrej Becher scored 27 seconds apart midway through the period to extend the lead to three goals.
