Iowa Wild Signs Six Players to AHL Contracts

July 2, 2026 - DES MOINES, Iowa - Iowa Wild General Manager and Alternate Governor Matt Hendricks today announced the American Hockey League (AHL) club signed six players to AHL contracts for the 2026-27 season. Iowa signed forwards Bradley Marek, Gerry Mayhew, Nick Rhéaume, and Braidan Simmons-Fischer to one-year, one-way contracts and defenseman Mike Koster and forward Drew Kuzma to one-year, two-way contracts. Minnesota Wild Announces Qualifying Offers

June 30, 2026 - SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Minnesota Wild President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Bill Guerin today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has made qualifying offers to forward Caedan Bankier and defensemen Daemon Hunt, Carson Lambos, Roman Schmidt and David Spacek. Stu Bickel Named Iowa Wild Head Coach

June 29, 2026 - SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Minnesota Wild President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Bill Guerin and Iowa Wild General Manager Matt Hendricks today announced the hiring of Stu Bickel as the Head Coach of the Iowa Wild, the team's primary affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL). Iowa Wild Re-Signs Goaltender William Rousseau

June 2, 2026 - DES MOINES, Iowa - Iowa Wild General Manager Matt Hendricks today announced the American Hockey League (AHL) club re-signed goaltender William Rousseau to a one-year, one-way contract for the 2026-27 season. Rousseau, 23 (1/9/2003) posted a 3-5-4 record with a 2.69 goals-against average (GAA) and a .908 save percentage (SV%) in 12 games with the Wild in 2025-26.
