Ty Loney Reassigned to Wheeling

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today they have reassigned forward Ty Loney to the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL).

Loney, in his rookie season of pro hockey, has earned six assists and registered 44 shots on goal in 31 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.

The Valencia, Pa. native has 16 points (6G-10A) in 21 games with Wheeling, including a goal and an assist in his most recent with the Nailers on Feb. 20, 2016.
