Isotopes Issue City of Albuquerque Check for over $1.3 Million

In what has become an annual spring tradition, the Albuquerque Isotopes handed over a check to the City of Albuquerque and Mayor Richard Berry for $1,309,577.66 last night during the Opening Night festivities held at city-owned Isotopes Park. The payment represents the basic rent sum plus surcharge amounts paid by the team to the city, per the stadium lease.
With tonight's check presentation, the Isotopes have now paid the City of Albuquerque a total of $23,135,475.36 for use of Isotopes Park over the past 13 seasons.
