
Isotopes Drop Second Straight to Reno

Albuquerque Isotopes News Release
The Reno Aces (68-64) handed the Isotopes (60-72) their second loss in a row as Albuquerque fell on Sunday, 7-6, at Isotopes Park.
Isotopes starter Brett Oberholtzer took the loss, falling to 6-10 on the season. The southpaw allowed six runs on nine hits over his 5.2 innings on the hill. Oberholtzer walked three and struck out four.
At the plate, the Isotopes offense kept the club in the game, crossing the plate six times on 10 hits, three of which were home runs.
Josh Fuentes led the way, finishing the night 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI.
Jordan Patterson (24) and Pat Valaika (8) connected on the other two round-trippers of the night for Albuquerque.
The Isotopes wrap up their 2018 home schedule on Monday evening at Isotopes Park. First pitch in the series finale with Reno is set for 6:35 p.m.
