PAPILLION, NE - The Omaha Storm Chasers (62-70) executed a 7-6 come-from-behind victory to secure a 3-1 series win over the Iowa Cubs (47-84), Monday at Werner Park.

Tyler Chatwood made the first start of his rehab stint with Iowa. Following a nine pitch, nine strike perfect first, the righty hit a wall in the second. Chatwood issued a one-out walk and a two-out single, before walking three-straight to force in a pair of runs.

Chatwood settled in after the second, allowing just three more base runners through 2.2 innings to end his night. In 4.1 frames in the outing, Chatwood was tagged with three hits and two earned runs, walked five and struck out three.

Iowa's offense heated in the fourth with a four-run inning, sparked by a Chris Coghlan leadoff single. Five-straight batters reached with nobody out as Iowa got RBI hits from Mike Freeman and Jason Vosler. Jacob Hannemann capped the scoring drive with an RBI bunt-single.

Kris Bryant walked in the fifth and sped home on a Freeman double to pad the I-Cubs' lead. Bryant served as the designated hitter in his first rehab game with Iowa and went 0-for-3 with one walk, one strikeout and two runs scored.

Both teams add a run before the Storm Chasers completed the comeback with four runs on six hits in the eighth as they batted around. Anthony Bass (0-3) was tagged with all four runs and took the loss.

Iowa returns for the final homestand of 2018 for eight games in seven days beginning tomorrow at 7:08 p.m. Tomorrow is Kids Night - kids get in free with the purchase of an adult General Admission ticket. For more information, visit www.iowacubs.com.
