The New York Islanders have announced that they've reassigned Jason Clark to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers

The New York Islanders, the Stockton Thunder's NHL affiliate, have announced that they've reassigned forward Jason Clark from the Thunder to the team's AHL affiliate, the Bridgeport Sound Tigers.

Clark, 22, started the season with the Sound Tigers, playing in 11 contests and picking up an assist before being reassigned by the Islanders to the Thunder. The Eden Prairie, Minnesota native suited up in a total of 24 games in Stockton this season, matching the number of ECHL games he played the previous season with the Gwinnett Gladiators.

The former 82nd overall selection in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft by the Islanders, missed 29 ECHL games this season with an upper body injury.
