BRIDGEPORT, CT â The American Hockey League's 2001-02 Regular Season Champion and Eastern Conference Playoff Champion Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, have announced a limited number of "Islanders Appreciation Weekend" replica jerseys are on sale the Team Shop at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard. The replica jerseys will also be on sale when the Sound Tigers host the Albany River Rats tomorrow at 7:35 p.m. and the Hartford Wolf Pack Sunday at 4:05 p.m. at Harbor Yard.
The replica jerseys are available in small, medium, large, extra-large and double-extra-large adult sizes and cost $125 each. Additional information is available by all calling 230-334-GOAL.
Sound Tigers' tickets are on sale at the Harbor Yard box office, on-line at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 203-368-1000. Information regarding Sound Tigers' playoff-strip ticket packages, four packs, flex packs, group discounts, birthday packages, suite packages and season tickets is also available by calling 203-334-GOAL or logging on to www.soundtigers.com.
