The San Francisco Giants have made the following transactions affecting the roster of Double-A Richmond prior to Wednesday's game against Harrisburg:

INF Brad Boyer received from Fresno (AAA)...INF Juan Ciriaco placed on the Disabled List (Mild Intercostal Strain) [24 + 3 DL]

The corresponding moves keep the Flying Squirrels at the Eastern League maximum of 24 active players. Three players (Ciriaco, 1B Andy D'Alessio, OF Roger Kieschnick) are currently on the Disabled List.

Boyer has been assigned uniform #25

Additionally, RHP Mitch Lively, added to the roster on Tuesday has been assigned uniform #43.
