12/16/05 > Long Beach 3 @ San Diego 1
The Ice Dogs won their fourth game out of five Friday night, defeating the San Diego Gulls by a score of 3-1. Chris Kenady had two goals, and Dan Watson provided the shorthanded game winner. Greg Hewitt was solid in net for Long Beach, making 30 saves. The win gave the Ice Dogs sole possession of second place in the Pacific Division and ended their five game road trip with a record of 4-1-0.
12/17/05 > Long Beach 5 vs. Phoenix 0
The Ice Dogs won their third in a row Saturday night in their return to Long Beach. Greg Hewitt got his first shutout of the season, stopping all 24 shots he faced. Jeff Drummond had two goals, while Justin Aikins, Chris Kenady, and Luke Fritshaw also contributed for the second shutout victory of the year for the Ice Dogs.

The Ice Dogs head to Las Vegas Monday night for a midnight start time against the red hot Wranglers. Las Vegas has won 7 in a row and has not lost in regulation at home this season. It will be the first meeting of the season between the two teams.
12/21/05 > Long Beach vs. Las Vegas
Long Beach and Las Vegas will play again Wednesday night, but this time the Ice Dogs will be home. Game time is at 7pm.
