Winnipeg ICE goaltender Daniel Hauser made 23 saves in a 2-0 victory over the Saskatoon Blades Friday night at the ICE Cave inside Wayne Fleming Arena.

Hauser, now with a personal record of 20-2 this season, earned his second shutout this year and 10th of his career.

Evan Friesen and Ty Nash scored for the ICE (27-5).

Winnipeg out shot Saskatoon 24-23. Ethan Chadwick suffered the loss in goal for Saskatoon (25-6), ending their 10-game winning streak.

The ICE failed to score on their lone power play while the Blades went 0/3.

The two teams play again tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon at 5:00 at the ICE Cave inside Wayne Fleming Arena.
