
Hauswirth Earns League Honors

Fayetteville, N.C - The Southern Professional Hockey League has announced that Fayetteville Captain, Jake Hauswirth has been named to the All-SPHL Second Team, marking his third consecutive season on the All-SPHL teams.
Hauswirth, 30, concluded his second season with the Marksmen, posting career highs in assists (39) and points (65) tying him for third in individual scoring during the 2017/18 regular season. The native of Houghton, Michigan also led the league on the man-advantage, finishing the season tied with the most power play goals (11), power play assists (17), and shots on goal (307).
The 2017/18 campaign was filled with milestones for Hauswirth, who appeared in his 450th professional game, 200th SPHL game, and recorded his 300th professional point and 200th SPHL point.
