Lansing Lugnuts News Release
The Lansing Lugnuts (16-17) announced the following roster change, in conjunction with the Oakland Athletics:
- Pitcher Wander Guante promoted to Midland (Class-AA - Texas League)
Wander Guante, 23, was 1-1 with a 3.33 ERA in seven appearances, three starts, in 24 1/3 innings in his first year with Lansing, walking five while striking out 21. He had allowed only one run in 10 1/3 innings in three appearances in May.
The updated Lansing roster has 26 active players and one player on the Injured List.
