The Newfoundland Growlers picked up their 44th win of the season, a new franchise best in that department, as they dispatched the Norfolk Admirals 6-3 on Thursday night at the Norfolk Scope.
Zach O'Brien (1G, 2A) and Brett Budgell (1G, 2A) enjoyed three point games, Derian Plouffe picked up a pair of goals while Luke Cavallin made 28 saves at the other end to secure the victory.
These two teams play at the same time once again tomorrow evening in Norfolk.
