DULUTH, Ga. - The Gladiators (5-8-0-0) are back home at The Arena at Gwinnett Center after an unsuccessful road trip to Estero, Fla. The team has hit its longest skid of the season, up to five games now, and will look to get back into the East Division race with the next four games against the South Carolina Stingrays (4-8-0-4). The Gladiators will host the Stingrays in Duluth for the next two games before heading to North Charleston for two more this weekend.
The last time the Gladiators won was against the Stingrays on November 9th, a 4-2 victory at North Charleston Coliseum. Coyotes prospect Greg Carey burst out for four goals in the game, including a natural hat trick, to sink the "ËRays. He became the fourth Gladiators to do either of the feats in a game, and the first one in over seven seasons to do so.
