BACK-TO-BACK

The Oilers and Beast clash for the fourth meeting of the season and for the second straight night at the BOK Center. Tulsa is 3-0-0 against Brampton this season and holds a 14-7 edge in goals scored in the season series. Drew Fisher leads the Oilers with eight points (3 goals, 5 assists) in three outings against the Beast while defenseman Mathew Maione leads the Beast with three points in the three previous contests in Tulsa.

MEMORABLE NIGHT FOR JUBINVILLE

Rookie center Jeff Jubinville recorded his first professional hat-trick on Thursday night to lift the Oilers to a 5-2 win over the Beast. The 25-year old notched a power play goal, a shorthanded strike, and an even-strength tally for his third multi-goal effort of the season. Jubinville, who joined Adam Pleskach as the only Oilers to register hat-tricks this season, scored three times on just four shots and was assisted by Drew Fisher on each one of his goals.

SLIDE STOPPER

Thursday's triumph over Brampton halted the Oilers' three-game losing streak and pushed them into sole possession of third place in the Central Division. Playing at home for the first time in 25 days, the Oilers outshot the Beast 34-23 and were able to snap out of an 0-for-13 power play drought.

ANNOUNCING THEIR ARRIVAL

Goalie Brandon Anderson and winger Brady Ramsay made their BOK Center debuts on Thursday night. In his second start between the pipes, Anderson earned his first victory as an Oiler with a 21-save performance that included several breakaway stops. Ramsay, recently acquired from the Ontario Reign, dropped the gloves in the second period for a brief bout with Beast defenseman Brayden Rose.

TOP OF THE HEAP

With three assists in Thursday's win, Drew Fisher became the Oilers' leading scorer with 46 points (14 goals, 32 assists) on the season. In his third pro season Fisher is tied for third in the ECHL scoring race and has already set new career-highs in assists and points.

CLAMPING DOWN

The Oilers held the Beast to only 23 shots on goal on Thursday, the third-lowest total of any Tulsa opponent this season. For just the fourth time in the last 17 games, the Oilers held an opponent under three goals. Tulsa has a 10-3-1 record when allowing two goals or fewer.

OIL DROPS

After missing the last four games due to injury, defenseman Kevin Noble returned to the lineup on Thursday and chipped in an assist in the Oilers' win...Matt Larke had his five-game point streak snapped on Thursday...The Oilers combined for a +16 rating on Thursday and were led by Nathan Lutz and Eric Tallent who both finished the game at +3...Center Steve Mele, who put up 12 points in 31 games this season, was waived on Thursday.
