Three weeks to the day since their last home game, the Winterhawks finally return to the VMC tonight against the Americans. A grueling road stretch between games in front of a raucous coliseum crowd has left the team starved for victory, and the Portland faithful can play a huge part in getting the team back in the win column tonight.
With 49 points accrued on home ice, the Winterhawks are tied with Seattle and Winnipeg for the best home record in the WHL - let's go for six more W's this month, Hawks fans!
Mascot Night
One of the most fun promo nights of the year is back, and the game within the game is better than ever. The Mascots vs. Jr. Winterhawks intermission hockey game remains one of the most heated rivalries in sports, and we can't wait for another iteration this year.
Off the ice, mascots will be roaming the concourse and arena bowl to mingle and have fun with all the Hawks fans in attendance! Keep an eye out for:
