HEART OF A WARRIOR: For the 19th time in franchise history the Saskatoon Blades reached 40 wins taking down the Moose Jaw Warriors 4-1 Friday at SaskTel Centre. Forward Egor Sidorov scored twice adding to his team lead in goals of 37. In 47 games, the Belarusian sniper has 69 points as he eyes the NHL Entry Draft this summer. The Blades are 7-0-1-0 in their last eight games, and sit third in the Eastern Conference with 85 points and a 40-13-4-1 record.

MILESTONE NIGHT: Dallas Stars prospect Conner Roulette notched his 100th career WHL assist on defenceman Tanner Molendyk's opening goal. The Winnipeg, MB. playmaker has 53 points in 50 games the season.

STONE COLD: Rookie netminder Austin Elliott was fantastic in victory turning down 26 of 27 shots against. The NHL draft-eligible goalie sees his record jump to 21-5-3-0.

NEXT GAME: The Blades are right back in action tomorrow night for their RE/MAX Presents: Nickelodeon Night for Children's Miracle Network vs the Lethbridge Hurricanes!
