Friday's River Rats Road Game On TV

ALBANY, NY - The Albany River Rats announced today that their Friday, March 28th road game at the Syracuse Crunch will be televised live on Time Warner Sports. The River Rats also announced that due to a scheduling conflict, Friday's radio broadcast will not be heard on their flagship station, ESPN Radio 104.5 FM The Team, instead broadcast over the internet via www.albanyriverrats.com and the B2 Network.

The River Rats road game Friday night is scheduled for a 7:30 pm face off at the War Memorial at Oncenter in Syracuse, New York and will be shown in the Capital District on TW3, Time Warner Cable channel 3, and streamed live over the internet on the B2 Network.

Due to a conflict with the New York Yankees programming on WTMM (104.5 FM), the River Rats Radio Broadcast will not be heard on ESPN Radio 104.5 FM The Team, but it will be available on the internet via the River Rats free audio stream. To join Albany River Rats play-by-play broadcaster Owen Newkirk for all of the action, log onto their website: www.albanyriverrats.com, and click on the Free Live B2 Audio link located on the left hand side of the River Rats home page. Sunday's 4:00 pm River Rats game against the Portland Pirates at the Cumberland County Civic Center will be broadcast on 104.5 FM, as well as the B2 Network and www.albanyriverrats.com.

The River Rats continue their stretch of road games on Friday, March 28th as they roll west on I-90 to face their intrastate rival Syracuse Crunch at 7:30 pm at the War Memorial at Oncenter. Albany's next home game is on Wednesday, April 9th against the Norfolk Admirals; a 7:00 pm face off at the Times Union Center.
