Dec. 26 vs. Stockton, 2-1 Win - Although the game was technically played this week, last night's win over the Thunder felt like last week because it was the end of a holiday weekend. J.F. Plourde and Matt O'Dette both scored and Brett Jaeger made 34 saves, including 19 in the third period alone, to lift the Falcons to victory in their last home game of 2005.

THIS WEEK'S UPCOMING GAMES

Friday, Dec. 30 @ Bakersfield Condors, 7 p.m. Pacific* - The Falcons visit the Condors, which have lost in regulation only once at home this season.

Saturday, Dec. 31 @ Phoenix RoadRunners, 6:11 p.m. Pacific* - Fresno gets its first glimpse of the expansion RoadRunners, which play their home games at America West Arena in Phoenix.

Sunday, Jan. 1 @ Phoenix RoadRunners, 4 p.m. Pacific* - The Falcons ring in 2006 with a re-match against the RoadRunners.

NOTES

. The Falcons have won a season-high four games in a row and matched another season-high by running their current unbeaten streak to seven (4-0-3).

. Fresno has lost just once in regulation - Dec. 4 vs. Alaska - over its last 15 games (8-1-6) dating back to Nov. 12.

. The team has played seven consecutive one-goal games and gone to overtime a league-high 13 times in its 25 games this season.

. Last night's home game bridged two six-game road trips taking the Falcons through the first week of January.

. Fresno continues its impressive play against teams from its own division. Last night's win keeps them unbeaten at 10-0-1 against the Pacific Division.

. Plourde's goal last night was the Falcons' fourth shorthanded tally of the season.

. O'Dette now has two goals this year, both serving as game-winners against the Thunder.

. Jaeger has started 20 of the team's 25 games in goal. He is currently ranked fourth in the league with 11 victories and fifth in minutes played with 1,227.

. Luke Curtin continues to lead the team in scoring with 32 points (11g-21a), tying him for fifth across the ECHL.

. Fresno begins the week in first place in the Pacific Division, six points ahead of the second-place Long Beach Ice Dogs with three games in hand.
